ANNUAL FEES

Our tuition fee for the 2007-2008 school year is $12,600 plus $1,400 covering Other Fees*.

*Other Fees include uniforms, tutorial help (at the school's discretion), athletic programs, extra-curricular activities.
* Additional $500 for medical insurance mandatory for all visa students.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Canadian Students

  • Option A - Payment in full at time of registration
  • Option B - 60% of total fees at time of registration with remaining 40% due within 60 days. Post dated cheque required.
  • Option C - Three equal payments of total fees:
    • payment #1 -due upon registration
    • payment #2 - due after 30 days
    • payment #3 - due after 60 days
    $200 handling fee
    Post dated cheques required

International Students

Payment of total fees due upon registration. Payment made in Canadian dollars.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

CANADIAN

  • Call for registration appointment
  • Have most recent copy of transcript from previously attended school
  • Decide on fee payment option
  • Provide:
    • immunization record
    • proof of citizenship
    • Health Card number
  • Other documents

INTERNATIONAL

  • Send in application form with the registration fee
  • Pre admission letter sent to student
  • Pay tuition fee as directed and provide original transcripts
  • Tuition fee receipt, letter of Admission and Education Plan sent to student.
  • Application for travel document and student visa
  • Student visa received by student
  • Arrange for airline ticket and airport pickup in Toronto
  • Arrive at homestay
  • Start of education program at J. Addison School

TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION

Upon application to J. Addison School, the Administration will evaluate a student's original transcript from their previously attended school. Based on previous work, a recent copy of student's transcript and/or granted Ontario credit equivalencies, the Administration will determine grade placement. This will assist our Student Services Department in coordinating all aspects of the university application process.

REFUND POLICY

No refund on tuition fees and Other Fees* for local students. If an international student's visa application is rejected, 100% of the tuition fees and Other Fees will be refunded with copy of the rejection letter from the Canadian Embassy. The school reserves the right to withhold the $200 Canadian registration fee.
